In 2021, I founded a student-led organization focused on empowering and educating women in the weightlifting community. As one of UC Berkeley’s most esteemed health and fitness organizations, this club acts as a second family and resource hub for 1,200+ students who all share a passion for weightlifting and self-improvement. Bears 4 Mental Health
With a group of fellow classmates, I co-started a movement rooted in spreading mental health awareness and the impacts that social media overconsumption has on individual happiness according to key research. Through on-campus engagement activities with 500+ students, we paved a new path for mental health activism that encouraged open conversation around behind-the-screen realities.
