Women in Weightlifting (WW) at Cal

In 2021, I founded a student-led organization focused on empowering and educating women in the weightlifting community. As one of UC Berkeley’s most esteemed health and fitness organizations, this club acts as a second family and resource hub for 1,200+ students who all share a passion for weightlifting and self-improvement. Bears 4 Mental Health

With a group of fellow classmates, I co-started a movement rooted in spreading mental health awareness and the impacts that social media overconsumption has on individual happiness according to key research. Through on-campus engagement activities with 500+ students, we paved a new path for mental health activism that encouraged open conversation around behind-the-screen realities.

TikTok Marketing Intern

Muscle Hoodies (now Muscle Era) | Nov 2021-Apr 2022

  • Led end-to-end seeding of micro-Influencers aligned with brand and earned campaign initiatives, championing hundreds of posts on TikTok with views ranging from 12,000 to 4.2M views.

  • Independently conceptualized, filmed, and edited 200+ in-house TikTok posts for brand and product marketing, generating views ranging from 10,000 to 2.1 million views and an increase of 20,000 followers.

  • Spearheaded a successful TikTok content strategy by capitalizing on latest trends in the fitness community ('GymTok’) and leveraging UGC, resulting in a rapid growth of 36% in total reach over a 1-month period.

  • Owned all direct message correspondence and community engagement on Instagram and TikTok, building personalized and lasting relationships with consumers, influencers, and talent management agencies.
